Here are some common questions and answers to help you navigate your experience with Grandeur Store:

**1. How can I place an order?**
- You can place an order directly on our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for assistance with placing an order.

**2. What payment methods do you accept?**
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, gcash, and other secure payment gateways. All payment information is encrypted for your security.

**3. Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?**
Yes we accept COD or COP (Cash on pickup) of the purchase order via LBC but WITH 500pesos downpayment to be paid to our GCash or Bank Transfer. The 500 pesos will be deducted to the total purchase order. This is the payment for shipping fee incase of RETURN orders. :) Please message us for COD orders.

**4. When will my order be processed?**
We will process your order immediately after the payment confirmation is received. For payment received on weekends or holiday, we will begin the process on Monday or the first business day after the holiday.

**5. How can I track my order?**
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

**6. What is your return policy?**
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether it involves a replacement, repair, or refund.

"Too small/Too big/Does not meet my expectations" are invalid reasons for return.
Else, Strictly no return and exchange. All sales are final.

**7. Are your products authentic?**
- Yes, we guarantee the authenticity of all products sold on our website. We source our inventory directly from reputable brands and authorized distributors. Money back guarantee.

**8. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?**
- Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for a nominal fee. During checkout, you can select the option for gift wrapping and include a personalized message for the recipient.

**9. Do you offer international shipping?**
- Unfortunately, we aren’t. We only serve shipping around Philippines.

**10Which shipping courier does Grandeur Store use?**
We use J&T, LBC, or same day delivery shipping couriers only.

**12. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?**
- No cancellation of order. All sales are final after the order has been placed.

- Yes, we occasionally offer discounts and promotions on select products. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media to stay updated on the latest offers. :)

**14. How many hours do i have to complete a payment?**
You have to complete a payment no later than 24 hours. 

**15. Does it include FREE paperbag or dustbag? What the packing will be?

With a minimum purchase of 5k, we provide free paperbag only :) Your order will be wrapped securely with bubblewrap, don't worry!
